The Full Funding Coalition has proposed a new finance system for K-12 education in Washington state that significantly increases state funding and shifts the focus of state resources and accountability to what it actually costs to meet Washington's high performance expectations for student learning. Our proposal has been accepted as a minority report of the Washington State Basic Education Finance Joint Task Force.
